Art of Image-Writing: From Documentation to Dissemination of Alternate History

Building on the idea that words have consequences, the art of image-writing emerges as a tool for both historical inquiry and social resistance. Through interdisciplinary approaches that incorporate visual studies, critical historiography and media theory, the talk sheds light on how alternate histories impact both historical scholarship and public understanding.
